Hello,

today I received a new ActFX update.
My own CCI indicator doesn't work anymore (Range error...).
Also, when I try to program a new indicator I get a lot of “memory access violation” errors.

Somebody could give me a hint ?

Hi,
The Range check error usually means that the script is trying to refer to a value that does not exist. Perhaps we can try to correct your script if you share it. Are you saying that it worked properly in the previous version? This is actually quite unusual..

I've been struggling with similar errors. I get invalid typecast errors. I have to completely uninstall. Reinstall. Load an out of the box profile. Then reload mine and everything is okay until I exit and it starts again.

In my case I found that using custom indicators within strategies seemed to somehow cause this error. Hope that helps.

Moi aussi j'ai un indicateur perso et depuis la mise à jour de actfx il ne fonctionne plus...."range check error"...

Quelqu'un aurait il une solution? svp

Could you please describe your error with details? Which exactly indicator(s) causes the mentioned error? What chart settings do you use? Please send a screenshot of the chart, error itself with error details.

Bonjour,

En effet mon indicateur Psychological line ne fonctionne plus depuis votre mise à jour...or c'était un indicateur avec alertes visuelles et sonores...

Ci joint mes captures d'écran....merci d'avance....

je peux éventuellement vous envoyer le code de l'indicateur...je me tiens à votre disposition....encore merci

et voilàça recommence...j'en ai marre...je me fais chi.. à construire mes graphiques pour pouvoir travailler normalement et chaque semaine , à l'ouverture le dimanche soir...vlan...tout bloque...à cause de mon indicateur psychologie...il faut que je désinstalle [broker's name] et que je le réinstalle à chaque fois c'est épuisant et énervant...et que je recommence tous mes graphiques....et attendre le bon vouloir de la plateforme de bien vouloir de remettre mon indicateur dispo....impossible de trader dans ces conditions...merci

Bonjour,

Je ne comprends pas ce que vous me demandez...version du programme ? de quel programme ?Je vois ai envoyé déjà une copie écran de ma version windows et les erreurs affichées...les intervalles ? tous...1 mois, 1 semaine, 1 jour, etc etc...L'indicateur ne s'affiche pas et bloque tout ,tant que je ne le retire pas de mes graphiques...."Range check error " est le message d'erreur qui s'affiche...et mon indicateur est Psychological Line 2....je ne vois pas quoi vous dire de plus...avec mes excuses...merci d'avance...
