I have a problem with actfx platform. It freezes about 3-5 times in 10 minutes. Especially, if I open, let's say, internet browser, from background while platform is active window. It just stops completely, clock stops, refreshing stops and it's like "thinking" mode for a while after it comes back "online".

I have from three to five indicators open in two charts at time, but counting all, there are almost 10 indicators open at the same time in backgroung. Could this cause freezing? Is there anything I can do before I buy more powerful laptop?

Sincerely,

Dear, fxyardtrader

Could you please provide us with details of your current computer (RAM, processor, internet connection speed and if possible the screenshot of your process manager).

Best regards

Here is link to specifications of my laptop

I think one platform should run easily with this kind of computer. Wink

E: Connection is over 5mb

E2: Actually, fxclient takes up to 50% of power out of my processor. :o Time to close indicators.. pretty heavy stuff.
