Ever since the last update to my trading station there have been nothing but crashes...
I've even reinstalled several times...
but it seems that as soon as I start customizing my profile and add my custom indicators, like the S3 and MA Alerts, etc. and then reboot... on reboot it crashes again.
The errors I"m getting are Bad XML errors.
Not only have I reinstalled, I even re-added all the indicators and compiled them again... same deal.
Everything works fine while the station is running... when I exit though... on restart of ActFx... CRASH and burn.

Alright, so I did some more troubleshooting and here is something really interesting...
I reinstall... and log in and use a profile that works.... I make changes to the color scheme... I exit out... I log back in... all is good.
This profile btw uses no custom indicators or strategies, it comes with the reinstall of actfx.
Then I save that profile under a different name (without making any changes to it) and that’s when the errors begin. Looks like the errors have to do with saving of profiles rather than changes to profiles.

Hello Gregor,
As for me, I have not received such errors. Perhaps I am a lucky one. 
Perhaps you can report this bug at the admin's email for them to take a look.

Me neither... everything works fine. However, i do not save my profile very often, as I do not use the platform from different computers. Perhaps this is the reason.

After much troubleshooting I think I've figured it out...
all was running fine until restarting.... then all hell break lose and I got XML errors, strategies were appearing in different workspaces... my chart setting colors were messed up... really bizare.
one by one I added strategies and indicators and it appears that one of my custom macd indicators was the cause. Changed a couple lines of code and now all appears fine.
The biggest change... took out createsetting and hardcoded values instead

Man oh man.... more actfx updates and more crashes today... Same problem on 2 different machines. I can't be the only one?
